2. Data we process

• data provided in the contact form or by e-mail: name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, message content and any technical documentation you send,
• technical data recorded automatically in server logs: IP address, date and time of the request, browser type.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• responding to your inquiry and preparing a quotation — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract),
• performance of a contract and settlements — Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR (legal obligations, incl. tax),
• communication, archiving correspondence and establishing or defending claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest),
• website security (server logs) — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Recipients

Data may be entrusted to providers supporting us technically and organisationally: hosting provider, contact-form and e-mail service providers, and our accounting office (for settlements). We do not sell personal data.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

As a rule, data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where a tool provider (e.g. the form service) processes data outside the EEA, this is based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Retention

• correspondence and inquiries — for the time needed to handle the matter and until the limitation period for claims expires,
• accounting documents — for the period required by law (as a rule, 5 tax years),
• server logs — according to the hosting provider’s policy (typically up to 90 days).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).

8. Voluntary provision

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to answer your inquiry or fulfil an order. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

9. Cookies

The website uses only essential cookies related to the operation of WordPress (e.g. administrator login). We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. If such tools are introduced, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested first.
